What government agencies regulate the production of Gourmet Antipasto, Red Chile Dip and Jalapeno Dip?
The production facility is inspected and regulated by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) and the Provincial Health Authority. The production processes have been approved by the CFIA and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
Does anyone else inspect the production of Gourmet Antipasto?
Yes. Many of the wholesale and retail grocers have Food Safety programs in place that monitor our facility, our processes, and our food safety practices.
