Order and Shipping Times
Orders normally ship from our Michigan warehouse within one business day of receipt. All orders placed after 1:00 pm EST on Friday and during the weekend will be processed the following Monday. Exceptions may include the busy Christmas shipping season and the Tuesday after a 3-day weekend. Please note that delays may occur during transit due to weather conditions and national holidays. Exceptions to this schedule may occur on the day following a three-day weekend.
Orders received after 1:00 pm are automatically processed the next business day.
No orders are shipped on weekend days.

Shipping rates are offered as per our schedule. These rates are based on ground shipment that will take between 3 and 6 business days depending on your location. We use only the best quality vegetables and ingredients to deliver the flavour and freshness expected from Specialty Gourmet food. Our Antipastos and spreads are cooked by hand in small batches. The keen eyes of our cooks maintain the quality and consistency of all of our products. If our products do not meet your expectations we will be happy to replace any item(s) or refund your purchase. Shipping Damage
To ensure that you receive all your products in optimal condition, we carefully pack them. In the unlikely event the product is damaged during transportation we will be happy to replace any item(s) or to refund you for the amount of the damaged goods. We use a variety of carriers, including FedEx, UPS and DHL. Each is a reliable and established company, which ensures that each order gets to its destination in a timely and appropriate manner. According to each order, we will ship using the carrier that we feel is best suited for the situation.
Pricing Changes
Our products are subject to seasonal variations of our vegetables, tuna and other factors of production. Something Special reserves the right to make changes to its pricing to reflect changes in market supply. We pledge to make the customer aware of any changes as soon as it is possible. Our website shows the most current and up-to-date pricing on all products.
