Antipasto Bruschetta
This recipe can use any one of the following Something Special products:

Gourmet Antipasto Vegetarian
1 Loaf French Bread
1 Jar (750g)
Something Special Gourmet Antipasto250 grams (1 cup) mozzarella cheese, shredded
Cut French bread lengthwise in half. Place Gourmet Antipasto on both sides of French bread, making sure to evenly cover the entire loaf. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the Antipasto. Place on rack and bake at 350F until the cheese has melted. Cut into pieces and serve.
