Our Vegetarian Antipasto is made up of 15 different vegetables! That’s a lot of goodness to fill in a jar! We’ve added some garlic to our signature flavour, and with these crisp tangy vegetables, our Vegetarian Antipasto is an enjoyable must try.



How to Serve

Serve on Crackers, as a dip for nachos, as a pizza topping, in a sandwich, omelette filling, or Bruschetta style served on toasted French bread with melted mozzarella cheese.

Tomato paste (sugar, water, vinegar, salt, natural flavour), Dill pickles (cucumbers, water, salt, vinegar, lactic acid, calcium chloride, spices (mustard), natural flavours, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, turmeric extract, polysorbate 80), Cauliflower, Bell Pepper, Sweet pickled onions (sulphites), Green beans, Mushrooms, Eggplant, Carrots, Butternut Squash, Green olives, Black olives, Vinegar, Canola oil, Spinach, Leeks, Garlic Olive oil

Storage

Before opening, the unopened jar can be stored in a cupboard for up to 2 years after day of production. Our Best Before date is printed on the top or side of the metal lid. Once the jar is opened it must be refrigerated. With proper refrigeration and food handling practices the Something Special Gourmet Antipasto can last up to 90 days after being opened.
