Warm Camembert and Red Chili

This recipe can use any one of the following Something Special products:
Gourmet Red Chili  •  Red Chili Pepper Spread  •  Gourmet Jalapeno
Melted, gooey Camembert becomes Something Special when you top it with one of our Gourmet Dips or Red Chili Pepper Spread. Brie works well in this recipe too!

INGREDIENTS
1 small wheel of Camembert
¼ cup Something Special dip or Spread of your choice
1 baguette, sliced

METHOD
1. Preheat oven to 350 oF
2. Slice a thin layer of rind off of the top of the Camembert and place in a shallow, oven-proof dish
3. Top with Something Special Dip or Red Chili Pepper Spread
4. Bake 8 – 12 minutes (depending on the size and temperature of the cheese) until cheese is softened.
5. Serve with the sliced baguette
