Jalapeno Lime Sauce
This recipe calls for:
Gourmet Jalapeno
Panfry or broil your favorite fish and top with this wonderful Jalapeno Lime Sauce.
300 grams (8.5 oz)
Gourmet Jalapeno 300 grams (8.5 oz) Mayonnaise - Substitute Low Fat dressing if desired
1 small lime Grate 1/2 the rind and squeeze all juice
30 grams (2 Tbsp) Fresh cilantro, fine dice
Whip all ingredients together in a mixing bowl and store in a covered container for up to 7 days in the refrigerator.
For a nice change: Prepare a fresh fruit salad, add some walnuts or pecans and toss with enough Jalapeno Lime Sauce to just coat the ingredients. Serve on a bed of crisp greens.
