Return Policy

We will be happy to replace any item(s) in the unlikely event that they might have been damaged during transit or do not meet your satisfaction in any way, or to refund you the full amount of your purchase. To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as they arrive to your door. If you believe you have received damaged product please call us at 1-800-461-5892 and ask for a customer service representative.

In the unlikely event that you receive an item you are not satisfied with that you would like to return or exchange please contact our customer service department at 1-800-461-5892 to arrange your return.

Should you change your mind about your order after placing it do not refuse the delivery of the order upon receipt. Instead, accept the delivery and then call our customer service department to arrange a return.

Shipping Policy

Order and Shipping Times
Orders normally ship from our Michigan warehouse within one business day of receipt. All orders placed after 1:00 pm EST on Friday and during the weekend will be processed the following Monday. Exceptions may include the busy Christmas shipping season and the Tuesday after a 3-day weekend. Please note that delays may occur during transit due to weather conditions and national holidays. Exceptions to this schedule may occur on the day following a three-day weekend.

Orders received after 1:00 pm are automatically processed the next business day.

No orders are shipped on weekend days.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are offered as per our schedule for the Continental US only. These rates are based on ground shipment that will take between 3 and 6 business days depending on your location. If you require express 2 day or overnight service please call us to confirm your order and your shipping rate at 1-800-461-5892 between ET 10:00 am to 6:00 pm MT 8:00 am to 4:00 pm PT 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. Please ask for a customer service representative.

Shipping Restrictions
At this time we are unable to offer delivery to P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses, or to addresses outside of the Continental US.

Out of Stock Items
If the product is listed on the Something Special Online Store it is available for you to order.

Product Guarantee
Something Special holds the highest quality standards. Everyone at Something Special works very hard to make sure it is as good as possible. We adhere to the traditional artisan recipes and time-honored techniques to craft our products. We use only the best quality vegetables and ingredients to deliver the flavour and freshness expected from Specialty Gourmet food. Our Antipastos and spreads are cooked by hand in small batches. The keen eyes of our cooks maintain the quality and consistency of all of our products. If our products do not meet your expectations we will be happy to replace any item(s) or refund your purchase. Shipping Damage
To ensure that you receive all your products in optimal condition, we carefully pack them. In the unlikely event the product is damaged during transportation we will be happy to replace any item(s) or to refund you for the amount of the damaged goods. Carrier Options
We use a variety of carriers, including FedEx, UPS and DHL. Each is a reliable and established company, which ensures that each order gets to its destination in a timely and appropriate manner. According to each order, we will ship using the carrier that we feel is best suited for the situation.

Pricing Changes
Our products are subject to seasonal variations of our vegetables, tuna and other factors of production. Something Special reserves the right to make changes to its pricing to reflect changes in market supply. We pledge to make the customer aware of any changes as soon as it is possible. Our website shows the most current and up-to-date pricing on all products.
