Orders normally ship from our Michigan warehouse within one business day of receipt.
All orders placed after 1:00 pm EST on Friday and during the weekend will be processed
the following Monday. Exceptions may include the busy Christmas shipping season
and the Tuesday after a 3-day weekend. Please note that delays may occur during
transit due to weather conditions and national holidays. Exceptions to this schedule
may occur on the day following a three-day weekend.
Orders received after 1:00 pm are automatically processed the next business day.
No orders are shipped on weekend days.
Shipping rates are offered as per our schedule for the Continental US only. These
rates are based on ground shipment that will take between 3 and 6 business days
depending on your location. If you require express 2 day or overnight service please

10:00 am to 6:00 pm MT 8:00 am to 4:00 pm PT 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. Please ask for
